Wellness and Recreation

The Campus Recreation program gives you the opportunity to participate in recreational activities regardless of ability. We’ve designed the program to serve the entire AUM family: students, faculty, staff and alumni. Our approach is a direct reflection of our belief that your education should help you grow strong in mind and body. Our job is to ensure that everyone has the chance grow physically, socially and intellectually.

In addition to our amazing Wellness Center, we offer both club sports and intramural teams, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to play hard and get fit. We offer a variety of both individual and team sports that cater to people of all talent levels. So come out, bring your game and get involved.
